ولد شروقة: استراتجية الصيد الجديد تقوم على ثلاثة محاور
أنباء انفو- قال وزير الصيد والاقتصاد البحري الموريتاني الناني ولد اشروقة في تعليقه على البيان الذي قدمه يوم أمس الخميس أمام المجلس حول قطاع الصيد ، أن إستراتجية إصلاح الصيد تنطلق من مبادئ أساسية وثوابت معترف بها دوليا ومحليا ومن أول هذه المبادئ برنامج رئيس الجمهورية لتحقيق تنمية مستدامة في مجال الصيد .
وقال إن هذه الإستراتجية التي جاءت بعد تشاور وتقييم ودراسة موسعة للقطاع تم الاستعانة فيها بخبراء دوليين ، تقوم على ثلاثة محاور أساسية ، هي: الحفاظ على الموارد البيئية والبحرية والشاطئية وتحسين في سلاسل القيمة المضافة عموما إلى جانب الحكامة الرشيدة .
وأضاف أنه على المستوى المحلى هناك نمو مطرد ، حيث تم إنتاج 102 مصنعا في 2011 وفي 2018 وصل العدد إلى 149 في 2013، أما قدرة التخزين
فكانت 2014 قد وصلت الى 22 ألف طن أما اليوم فقد وصلت إلى 70 ألف طن ،إلا أن هذا النمو ظلت انعكاساته ضعيفة على القيمة المضافة ،لأن جل البواخر التي تتمكن من التفريغ على الأرض الموريتانية أجنبية.
